I would recommend holding off for more Intel NUC deals, like the recent NUC M15 i7. Apart from a bigger screen, the NUC is likely better cooled / performing CPU. Linus Tech Tips made a video explain this comparing with a premium dell laptop. It also has double the ram, double the warranty, is a premium device (metal), with an amazing windows hello setup. You also get things like Alexa lightbar and a nice glass touchpad, which is big and can easily be turned off for typing (double click the dot on the trackpad to turn off, then again for on, for those that don't know). The NUC is also touch, but not active (no active pen support).

The NUC is also 1.65kg vs 2.3kg (its smaller so makes sense), but the NUC is already heavy. I also cannot see the thunderbolt version for this, but the NUC is TB4 x2

Overall unless you need a 17", I would seriously consider holding off as these NUC deals ($999-$1100) come around often. Please feel free to add anything if I have missed something (I'm a little drunk)

    • Cheers!
