Wow I’m not the only one… what’s wrong with us?
I'm struggling a bit with your site OP and a huge dog lover and purchaser of products.
- Site harness prices on one page list as $41.00 for example, then when you got to the actual product, it's $50.00 for usable sizes etc. Not a big one, put a price range on them in the blurb link - eg $41 to $55 etc.
- The one harness I was interested in has 3 selectable colors in the photos - aqua, pink and red and then it only has the two selectable in the drop down, blue or light pink.
Page also has the following: No refunds or exchanges are permitted on pre-order items which seem to breach ACCC guidance on refund policies etc, so I am a bit concerned about the whole "if it's broken - what happens seeking a refund".
Anyway, just my thoughts as doggo owner.

The harness I looked at said "…comes in five sizes and ten colour combinations…", but only has four sizes and two colour combinations.
