  • Last time this ran the Legion Gen 6 3060 was $1900, should have got it then :-(.
Edit - Also the code LENPAX10 on the Cashrewards website doesn't seem to work.

Can anyone spy some good ~$1000 laptops for light gaming/2D game dev? Looking for something with a 6000 series AMD CPU with the new RDNA graphics, but they seem to only pair them with a dedicated GPU which bumps the price up significantly

Ideapad slim 5 pro has inbuilt 680M and is $1250 ish on edu website with 6600HS. After cashback, it will be close to budget.

They say edu store isn't eligible but apparently it does get tracked.

Yeah I was unsure about using edu pricing for cashback - 16% is a lot to risk it on - have people confirmed that it works?

  • What's strange is that the code isn't on CR's website. The email graphic also mentions 40% Lenovo's Legion range (but not whether that's part of the code, or what).

  • Gees tracking confirmation taking a long time to come through…getting anxious now…

    • I agree. Did yours end up tracking? My click through to Lenovo was recorded by Cashrewards, but the transaction was not. Will be able to send through a manual claim with the invoice tomorrow, but am worried that it will be rejected. Cashback is worth approx $463.

same here. totally would not have bought but for the 16% cashback. Hopefully it will be honoured by Jan…

  • Hi a quick question in regards to cashback. If I have some rewards money from previous purchases from Lenovo, can I use that as well and still be eligible for the cashback? Thanking you.
