  you can also do it on PayPal for 1 cent though they charge you an extra cent so you end up paying 2 cents

  I had a different offer on mine - make 10 transactions in September & get $15 back (which I got), and same for October. A bit more effort, but $30 over the 2 months (was also targeted with an email).
