  Has anyone purchased "open box" items with Digidirect before? Looking at their insta360 go2, which after coupon is $320.

  Also I assume this doesn't stack with any cashbacks etc?

    I bought one a couple weeks back. I would avoid to be honest. The camera had issues and getting it returned online isn't straight forward. Ended up raising a PayPal case (good thing I paid with that).

      As in the item wasnt new? It is stated on the page that "Condition: The box is opened and unsealed, packaging is in very good condition Insta360 Go 2 is in new condition"

        Correct, It was box opened. I'd say the insta was definitely not in completely new condition. New enough, but definitely had signs of previously use (off white colour shell, minor scuffs marks, dust and dirt on the pivot stand etc). I would have been ok if the camera didn't have any issues and could live with minor signs of use. Hope that helps.

  I have been burnt in these deals (with specific retailer before) - I would not recommend the retailer as after market sales and service was well below what was expected of the physical store… avoid for the hassle! This is a comment on how they stack and pull items which are still listed on main site but then have them "go out of stock" on the bay account 2-3 weeks after saying order is ready etc. Whole order was cancelled as it was for premium products they forgot to pull I think - again no response from store.

    Their own store, don't touch with a 10 ft pole eBay store actually displays stock levels. They are greedy and they don't want you to know the item is not in stock on their actual website but I think this could be against eBay's terms of service so they can't just lie to customers.

    Seemed like they did it last night after 1 sale. They also jacked the price on the R10 at the same time. Net prices still cheaper than other stores…
    Usually best time to buy is on the day the deal starts when they have not got around to "check" every price.

  There's still bargain around: Sony A7R Mark III A Body $2079.20, price error? May be not as they have sold several since yesterday and price is still there. It's cheaper than A7 III from the same store!

  I purchased the Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN with the discount code for $559.20. I think it is a very good lens for the Sony APSC and at this price, nothing really beats this lens.

    I got similar one for my L Mount Leica APSC. Happy with it so far. I am using it more often than the Leica 18-56mm f3.5-5.6 that costs over 3 times as much. Wish Sigma make the Art version as well.
