      Weighted ropes will hurt arms more than regular and cause tricep gains and harder cardio workout.

      However the ones with wire in them like this will also hurt more when you hit your foot.

    Note that you can buy this item from eBay for $16 (including postage) so while this deal is still the cheapest, the bargain savings is not that great.

        Kogan's website stated that this item has a retail price of $60. Therefore, you are saving $54 (60 - 6) when you buy it for $6.

        You can buy the exact same item from eBay for $16. Therefore, the price saving is actually $10 (16 - 6).

        My statement stands: Still the cheapest but the savings are not as great as what the RRP on Kogan's website leads you to believe.
