Was $48 a few days ago when I considered buying but seems to have gone down to $39.19, not the best price ever but still decent. All other colours are $68.

You could probably price beat at Officeworks but I am too lazy to go to a store.

  • Got one, thanks OP :)

  • Great mouse; using it right now.

My only want would be left/right switches for the wheel.

Have you used a mouse with them before? I find they are more hassle then they are worth.

      • Yeah my work mouse has them and I use them frequently for forward/back web-browsing.

Admittedly not a huge use case at home, but it would be nice.

        • Right, I normally use the thumb buttons on the side of the mouse for that

    • I agree, but my only contribution would be to be mindful it's not for every hand/grip type (as non of the mouses truely are so it's normal)

I have got big hands and this mouse is so flat/ not tall enough for me. I end up clicking the side buttons also by mistake.

Returned and got the g pro wireless (not the superlight) much happier with that one despite the high price.

      Just my experience.

Does anyone if this is bluetooth?

    • +2

      Usb dongle only

      • +1

That is a shame, my previous Logitech mouse was similar but could also connect via Bluetooth.

      • Thx for confirmation, shame my old macbook only got 2 usb and need them both free up, hence need BT connection mouse instead

      • That sucks would have bought it if it had both

Been using this mouse for a bit over a year. Excellent mouse.

It's a good solid size. Not super small so great for people with big hands.
Battery life is insane. 1 set of double AAs lasted me about ~2000 hours (1 year full time job, 40 hours per week).
Can program a few different DPI settings and hot swap between them using the middle button. Or program that to another modifier key.

    • +1

That's an impressive battery life. Were you using standard batteries or something better?

      • +1

Nothing fancy. Just a Duracell Ultra. I was honestly shocked that it lasted that long. Best battery life i've ever seen in a mouse.

    • Were you using 1000hz polling/performance mode?

  • +1

Also using this mouse, but swapped out all the switches for Silent Kailhs, installed some nicer feet on the bottom and chucked a metal scroll wheel in there for lols

Quite happy with it now, best mouse I've owned so far

    • Any chance of a link to the feet, wheel and the switches? New to this stuff but would love to try

  • Usually dispatch in month or 2..

    • Updated with the amount purchased I'd suggest, mine is delivery by the 10th

Out of stock as I tried to check out

  • +3

Back to 79.95 for me, damn it that was too fast :(

Edit: Available from Catch for the same price (minus shipping) and same colour

    • Thanks for that :) Ordered with free delivery after signing up to that Onepass thing and swiftly canceled the subscription once the order came through. The colour scheme isn't the best but I've been after this for a while so I can look past that lol.

    • Thank you! Ordered from catch as well.

G305 was my main mouse for fps, preferred its size over the gpro, I drilled holes in the shell to lower the weight. Then tried the Razer Orochi v2, best mouse Ive ever used, no mods needed, can be had for $49 on ebay.

Another positive thing (or negative for some), is that there are no rubber grips around the side of the mouse that will deteriorate over time.

    • I am one of those where it's a both a positive and negative. Not having it degrade is a huge plus. However, when I first got the mouse, it felt oh-so-slippery to me. Even contemplated grip stickers or grip tape. Didn't cost much, just couldn't be arsed.

Anyway, eventually got used to it, but I sometimes still miss the positive grip I had with my previous mouse.

    • definitely a positive for myself. Hate to throw away mouse that are still functionally good but with the rubber worn out…

idk if this is legit or not https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004790400327.html
    35$ there.

Over the past month, only 80% of their feedback has been positive (seller, not item, item has no reviews).

      Personally, wouldn't risk it.

    • +2

As a general rule of thumb when ordering from AliExpress, never buy from a listing which doesn't have any orders or feedback/reviews

    • I can't vouch for how legit the listing is, but the G304, which is identical to the G305 and is the usual model SKU in asian markets is frequently in that price range.

  • I got this mouse in the last sale and my preset won't work without the software running in the background (I did save it to onboard memory). The clicking is quite loud too

  • This is a great mouse but has been superseded for me by productivity mouse m720 triathlon. The convenience between sharing and switching between multiple host devices was too great.

  • Great for fps, been using for over a year now

  • For people who own one of these, is the middle button (scroll wheel) clickable?

    • When is it not lol

      • Some mice toggles the different type of scrolling (free scroll vs stepping) instead of being clickable

That was the worse thing about the Logitech MX Anywhere 2S

        • Yeah, I have one… wish I knew that before hand.
