Of course the beam sounds better, but it lacks the sub, therefore, the Bose will inevitably have more bass than the sonos
Having a subwoofer gives you more bass which is the point of the device to begin with. Your comparison of a sound bar vs soundbar + subwoofer makes no sense here. As an overall package you are getting much better value for money and a greater audio experience from this bundle.

Some people questioning why one brand is pricier than the other and that means the other is lesser quality surely haven't been buying much in AV in the past. Bose is known for being pricey for what you get. Actually some people would never got near a Bose but I am not saying they are that bad. But you can't compare their RRP to another brands RRP and say they must be better because they are priced more.

I must say, returning the soundbar was easy.
Did the return via amazon, went to the post office and they printed the label using the QR code and provided a receipt.
3 hrs later, funds credited to my Amazon account.

Yup received the cancellation email as well but $372.38 for the soundbar is pretty good - if you are desperate Myers has a sale on the Bass module for 520 which is 148 more than what we originally paid.
Sub in amazon deal was 277 so 520 is 243 more

Well, if anyone was super disappointed that they didn't get the subwoofer like me here is my experience. I contacted the chat service about it and chatted with two representatives. The first one offered me a $10 promotional credit for the incovenience and after I pushed him a little he said that when the subwoofer comes back in stock, if I purchase it and it arrives I can then contact the chat service again for a debit refund of the price difference (matching the price we got it for here). I got disconnected with that guy but the new one kept reffering back to the promise the first one said (almost as if the first one shouldn't of promised me that in the first place) but I can't confirm if this is the case. So perhaps everyone can try this to see if they can still get the sub? I made sure to grab that $10 promtional credit as well :)
They didn't even offer me $10, even though they charged me more than others for the sound bar. I did receive the sae offer but I doubt they will have this back in stock.

The CS agent I had told me it wasnt delivered as I did not have enough funds on my card. There is certainly enough on the card. Some people just like to make things up.

They assured me that in order to price match, I must pay full price, recieve the item, then contact them for the price match. So unfortunately I can't provide anything at the moment. Sorry. But I give you the ozbargain guarantee i'm not making up the price match story. I would definetly not purchase full price if you haven't first confirmed they will price match when it arrives. Perhaps tell them you've heard others have been offered a price match from their original order?

Havent had a similar system and cant comment much comparison. But this sounds awesome for both tv and streaming music. So much clarity and awesome sound after adding the bass module. For $650 its a stunning deal for Bose!!!
I did hear this setup at JB HI FI (sound bar was new 300) and I was impressed.
My bass sub comes tomorrow and im quite keen to hear her
