Made using a 100% recycled polyester ripstop shell, Patagonia's compressible Down Sweater does more than look sharp — it’s also snow-shedding and windproof. It features 800 loft Advanced Global Traceable Down (goose down certified by NSF International, traced from parent farm to apparel factory to help ensure that the birds are not force-fed or live-plucked), stabilised quilted-through construction, a drawcord hem and an interior chest pocket that doubles as a zipped stuffsack with a sewn-in carabiner clip-in loop. Nylon-bound elastic cuffs seal in heat, and a DWR (durable water repellent) finish sheds moisture. The main and lining fabrics are bluesign® approved.

Yeah, what the heck?
MacPac is also NFP now. This is the new way
This is a good product. This 800 is their higher grade which was recently replaced by a new model made from fishing nets. Not much difference between the two so getting the cheaper one is an good option.
It’s been on sale at Patagonia ($245) for a while, however this macpac deal is better

No just a new season model replaces this one which is made from fishing nets

The new model has 5 ounces of down vs 3.4 for the old model
I'll buy for sure when I have more money. Patagonia is a good brand and the owners are inspiring.
Nice deal… Why are Macpac selling Patagonia?
