Thanks. Bought 1 because it's all time low! I have countless usb drives which are unopened! will put them on ebay soon.

We did that with cabbages. Bought them for a dollar each and sold them for a dollar each. Turns out we needed a bigger truck

  • Good deal for Tom.

    • Which is better

      • I was wondering that too. I couldn't find any info on their website. Both offer the same software and a 5-year warranty. Bought the cheaper one.

Both are good but the Ultra is much quicker to load up.

    • Both seem to be about 20MBps write speed.

  • Thanks OP, got one too for the sake of lowest price.

  • Wonder how these would go as a USB Windows boot drive?, well an SSD through USB works well as a USB Windows boot drive,.. I guess if speeds of these USB thumbnail drives are faster then say at least of a normal mechanical harddrive then should be fine, anyone tried?, 256gb is plenty room for Windows 10/11

      How big are your thumbnails?

      • Too late cant edit 👍😁

  • All sliding usb's need to die in a fire. "why isn't my USB connected", "why is it running at 2.0 speeds" cos the PoS design causes it to slide back into its housing when inserting.

You need a proof-of-work based thumbdrive instead.

  • I have 3 128GB that I still haven't used… must resist…
