Also 55" is $2,795, which makes it $2,544.90 if purchased with the sound bar:

    This title is misleading.
Although the 77' does come down to $5945 the actual price you need to spend to get that price is $6114.
So the title should really be 77' for $6114 + sound bar and GC.
Plus its not available anywhere so delivery is required.

The decline in OLED prices has been much, much slower than I had ever anticipated.
The moment I buy one, new tech will immediately be dropped and my OLED will be a modern-day rear projection TV.

Look out for Samsung's QD-OLED tech, they've released the first 55 and 65 inch models this year. No doubt next years models would have improved a lot as well.

No dolby vision on Samsung though is a pain. Especially those who like to download Linux distros

Doesnt it just revert back to HDR10?

  • Thoughts between this and a LG C2?
Predominantly used for sport and movies.
