i suspect all ubisoft games come with an activation code for ubisoft connect launcher, might include disk to save download but doubt it

@kiriakoz: I was one of the lucky people who got in on that listed $10 deal a while back, definitely a Ubi code and no disc.
(Actually it came with a hilarious cardboard/paper cutout of a disc in the case, with printed imagery of FC6 to be more specific 😆)

I purchased the copy when it was $16.50 https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/723944 and I can confirmed it comes in a DVD case and with a key you need to registered via Ubisoft launcher. No disc.
Will wait for it under $10 again.
If you can deal with their obnoxious launcher and finish the game within a month then sure by all means :)
I thought it was all in the Uplay launcher that's required anyway.

FC3 is honestly one of my favourite games of all time. Cherish it! :)
Haven't played much of any Far Cry besides 2 and 3. Gave 5 a go but it didn't feel as immersive or fun as 3 IMO. Primal was interesting.
I am trying to finish FC4, just remembered after seeing this deal. I was playing Cyberpunk recently and it was great, don't know why people hate it.
Because they make up their opinion based on biased/paid reviews. I enjoyed Cyberpunk too, a great game. I'm thinking of replaing the game as a netrunner. First time I played I was a Nomad character.
I am also playing as nomad, It defaulted to Raytracing Ultra graphics even on 3060 (with DLSS I think). well playable at 60fps. For me it is quite a new genre like when first played Crysis.
Because they aimed to deliver too much to be honest. I much preferred Deus Ex: HR and MD in every way
I was going to buy it for $16.50, thinking it is cheap but upon seeing it was $9.95 over 4 months ago, $16.50 feels too expensive.
Last time it went OOS pretty quick so better set up alarm for it then.

just got mine and activated, the key was in a dvd shaped card board with proper farcry images ( just like a game cd back in the day), impressed , it says manufactured in Australia in the case
btw, is there any considerable difference in HD texture pack at 1080p ? total download size is 122 GB
I've played it without the HD texture pack and with it on my 1080ti. I dont think it made a real difference, especially at 1080p. Might be my gpu, and might be better for 4k.
Loved the game, and recently had a talk to friends how I cant get into JRPGs because theyre repetitive, yet this game is repetitive and enjoyable. Different strokes for different folks. Just enjoy what you like.
thanks mate, I also think it would be better in higher resolution than 1080p, anyway I ticked the HD pack when installing, heard that Raytracing is not that great as it is an AMD FSR partnered game and doesn't even support DLSS.
