Isn't that 20%? 30% is the cashback from Cashrewards. 20% is the sale happening in PetStock on selected dog and cat food.
Yeah that's talking about the 20% off pet food. The cashback of 30% is still on top.
Has anyone else been receiving cashback rejections from Petstock in the past 1-2 months?
Previously no problems, but received some rejections for purchases made in May, June July without a reason.
the opaque rejections for all offers across the board last quarter are really starting to bug me too.
I do wish more effort to leave a reason comment would be appreciated

Same thing happened to me when using Shopback during the last promo. Hopefully, GYB can do something about it.
Yes mine rejected. No idea why. When i look at my order is not marked as complete however i did pay for it in full and i recieved the items ok. I've opened a case with Shopback.. very disappointing

My previous purchases via petstock for a similar cashback were rejected no explanation , id be cautious with this , note this was via shopback not cashrewards, ive filed a report see what happens
Pet stock dropped a box of this shit on my pot plants on my balcony a couple of weeks ago and crushed them.

Careful with PetStock and CR. They did one of these back in like April and I did 2 orders, 1st one to test if it worked on auto-ship (nothing in T&Cs about it either way) and 2nd one much bigger (like $200 CR on that one). Got the successful tracking email on both, 1st one went through, 2nd rejected at end of 95 day waiting period. Raised with CR, they put it back into Pending and told me wait a few more months… still waiting, but if that goes back to Rejected, I'm going to be raising that on CR with Fair Trading NSW (they're the one offering the inducement through their portal, so they are responsible at the end of the day).

If the track back email is received, and it appears in your account - that should mean the order went through fine, be it ads, blockers, clicking links etc. It still gone through a-ok. Otherwise the track back would have failed.
Then subsequently, after the 90 day wait - the cash back should only be rejected if you used invalid coupons, or purchased unlisted items, or cancelled/modified your order. But I did none of that. So curious why Petstock would reject and not provide a reason. The extra wait to review it is annoying!
Same situation here, no coupons, etc and nothing against the terms of the offer. No explanation provided and the transaction 5 minutes earlier was approved (the same stuff, just a small amount). It's not a trivial amount, so defo not going to let that slide.
After raising a review (in Aug) with CR on a Petstock purchase (made in June). The status is still "rejected". I have followed up with CR to see if there is an update.
At the same time, I've raised another followup with SB again on a Petstock purchase that was rejected months ago.
My rejection details disappeared from the SB page without any update from SB.
I did everything right, by the book in both CR and SB purchases.
So i'm curious if Petstock are playing games and randomly rejecting cashbacks so they dont have to pay!
@Futurist: same here. did everything right. Was rejected. Think its because Petstock hasnt marked my order as 'complete' even though i paid for it in full and received the order ok.
Shopback are still waiting on a response from them. Poor Form.

Both CR and SB, Petstock rejected claims has been approved now.

Can I ask what the benefit is to have a cap per transaction, and allow multiple transactions ?
Customers (if they really wanted to) will just split the transactions..
Annoying for the customer, but what advantage does it give Petstock or CashRewards?
