        This is deflecting at best. Just because Alibaba is the source for many brands, that does6 mean they are of equal quality.

        Just because your product is manufactured in the same factory as other brands, that still doesn't mean they are if equal quality.

        Bigger companies will have bigger budgets for tighter Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Not all products on an assembly line are made equal.

          I reckon you are trying to deflect others. These are not oranges that different stores will have different qualities. The brand doesn't go to factory and produce with their employees. The factories themselves have their manufacturing standards. They are usually ISO certified and cannot change their QA/QC for 1 or the other.

      how's having the listing on Alibaba exploding? Do you think any of these companies design their own chargers? OEM makes them, they slap their name on it.

      Very few companies can actually design anything like this, it's massive investment. Even getting these things certified costs a ton of money let alone design and manufacturing.

      Not saying anything about the company or this particular OEM model, but If you don't know, don't speculate.

        He shouldn't have to wait for you to share his order number for you to issue him an exchange. You should issue exchanges for the order numbers that have issues.

        This kind of customer service is thinly veiled PR stunt to show like you do the right thing when it's evident you're ignoring all returns requests.

        If I was anyone reading this, I'd stay well away from this shady acting company. Just by judging from all the product failures within early stages of purchase alone should steer you clear of this stuff.

    IMO not worth getting a 140W that doubled the price of 100W PD adapter
    I am using the Zyron 100W adapter to charge the Macbook Pro 16" M1 Max is it works totally fine

    Battery is still charging even I am using it while charging (For programming work / compiling codes)
    Probably only needing 140W if it is always on high-loading tasks like video editing

      You are missing the point, this is multi port charger. Not for a single device. Why bother/risk using anything other charger designed for the very device you are using if you are going to charge only 1 device anyway…. (Yeah size, but really that much smaller? Worth risking 3k+ laptop for?)

        Its actually more risky to use a multi port charger than a single port
        as each client device have different loads and voltages
        some cheaper multi port chargers will have charging stopped for second when second device connect to the charger

        Besides, more devices / ports mean easier to bring heat and load to the charger
        also will increase the risk of client devices

            @AussieGargain: Thats why it is never suggested to use high power consumption electronics on powerboard

            Besides, the PD adapter use smart control to accommodate multiple voltages, and conversion from AC to DC

            Its way more complex than powerboard that just handles 240V AC

            Poor build adapter will cause fire according to OZB fellows, search heymix here and you will find a lot of -ve

    What's the position and orientation of the power connector on the back? If I want to plug mine directly into the wall socket it can't go above the height of the powerpoint as it sits below a cabinet.

      So you can always have the charger sitting on top of the cabinet unless it is greater than 1.5m away

    Ordered. This will come in handy for me by have 2 x 65W ports. 2 Standard Laptops off the one "charger" is alot better for my situation.

    Not too sure about the quality….
    Had one of their 65W charger - it's just half a year it's already failing
    Type A port still works fine, both type C port starts to cut off power ever 5 seconds…

      This model had an issue with the ismartware chipset with some of the units so we stopped selling around 3 months ago. We have fixed the issue and new stock will be available for replacement around 20th October. If you need alternative, we can send you a powerpod 66 as a replacement.

      You can either contact me, live chat on website or email [email protected] for replacement.

      We have introduced a new ticketing system at our backend to help resolve issues faster :)

        We are issuing refund as we do not want to delay further as part of our shipment is confirmed lost. We delivered the part that we received but the remaining would need another 2 months wait or higher (with new year around the corner) for production and shipment. We do understand your frustration and therefore do not wish to keep you all waiting further when we have to start production from scratch. The last batch took 4 months overall.

    Lesson learned - Stay away from zyron
    Fake company, with no customer support (with no phone no), they purposefully stays away from customer support as they know they got no plans to fullfill the order.

    I just got the email and pretty pissed off, what a shit company to deal with, unsure of their intention to fufill orders, probably ended up selling units at close to full price.

    Good work on thee interest free loan from the public.

    This company is officially shitlisted for me, I'm definitely staying away and going to actively warn everyone I can to do the same.

      Not sure where all this loan story comes from. Part of inventory received was delivered. We are helpless when goods are lost and we do not wish to keep buyers waiting any more like other kickstarter campaigns that kept buyers waiting for a year. All full price claim is a false hoax as the listing was never live for public other than pre-order. Even the pre-orders have been put on hold.

    UPDATE 06/12/2022 We recently retracted a few boxes of the lost shipment and have processed shipments of all the orders that were not cancelled. We will have a few units left and we'll contact the customers who chose to cancel their order if they are still interested.
