  • $279.65 as price in title, then quote the cashback and cashrewards separately.

    • Done. Thanks!

    Nifty fifty

Nice, these guys are just terrible at saying stuff is in stock if it isn't so a warning

    • +1

Yes their online sale department is terrible, but it does arrive eventually.

    • +1

Yep, took 2 months for my order to be shipped.

They also said one item is discontinued… it is still listed on their website.

I can see why people shop on Amazon…

      • You don't get these prices on Amazon though ;-)
To be fair, my experiences with them were mostly good.

      • I would get from Amazon if they are the same price. Not in this case though.

    • +1

Yep, been messed around more than once by DigiDIRECT online.

I’ve ordered a bunch of gear (5 Canon items) from them over the past couple weeks with the eBay 20% discount and everything has arrived between 2-3 business days after I have ordered. Really impressed with their service!

  • +1

Their eBay stuff is always in stock and its worth getting it when its on promo there but if its in their website always check with their live chat if they have stock. In most cases they don't so only order if you are happy to wait. Sometimes they can't get stock and the order has to be cancelled.

  • $266 from Camera's Direct if your in Brisbane

    • Make sure it's Aus stock and eligible for the cashback from both Cashrewards & Canon.

  • had the lens, and its a nifty fifty so you know what you get - great for starting out or as a backup lens.
Only sold mine so i could get an EF version (as i shoot EF and RF mounts)

  • Maybe its my bad memory but i swear the previous generation of this lens was way cheaper.

    • +2

There’s no previous gen. This is RF mount. You must’ve thinking about EF version which is around 150

      • Ahhh thats the one, cheers mate 🤙

  • That's right. The nifty fifty is no longer $100. It's more like the nifty $250. I wonder what camera manufacturers will be complaining about in 5 years.
