      I'm just impressed they were trying to charge $75 for Diablo resurrected! Blizzard needs to make an actual new game if they want to charge new game prices.

          You could also argue that their games are bad for reasons with nothing to do with the actual gameplay.

          It doesnt matter how good gameplay is if someone can pay to beat you at it then its a bad game.

          Some people might just be put off by the mobile game design philosophy being pushed in a game charging 100 AUD up front.

    Diablo II Resurrected is fantastic, I have played so much of it since I got it around Christmas time, excellent graphics/audio update and a few months back they released a huge update that changes heaps of gameplay/skills stuff that hasn’t been updated in over 10 years.

      Agree. I played this a lot when it released and still play it on occasion. I took a damn day off for it when it released, and of course I couldn't actually get online due to server issues sigh lol.

      Legitimately a fun time but after a few Uber runs I've mostly stopped. I'm not about that grind life no more. No time!

      Though the newly announced Terror Zones sound interesting.. Probably sink a few hours into that til I get bored again :P

    Wow, Blizzard's timing couldn't be better. I've been wanting D2R for ages, but not for $70…And now with Path of Exile absolutely sh*tting the bed $35 is looking VERY palatable.

      They like to forget that game exists. Can't believe the absolute bait & switch that turned out to be. Ruined one of their best franchises and the worst part is it broke the old version too through the forced upgrade.

      though the reason is because they are offering a full refund guarantee for the game cos of the botched launch/undelivered promises.
      if it goes on sale, people that bought it full price can refund then buy it discounted.

    Not at home right now but normally you can change the store at the bottom of the page from Australia to Taiwan and as long as you have a card like 28deg that doesn't charge a currency conversion fee you can often get things cheaper paying in TWD.

    For the record diablo 2 resurrected is amazing if you do appreciate remakes. It might be me top 5 remake, great visuals, texture quality, better mouse controls, controller support, dlss, HDR, vrr support etc.

    When playing it I often knew it was diablo 2, yet the sensory experience was so different that it wasn't "how I remember it" but rather like a completely new game with diablo 2s systems.

    Blizzard had made some truly terrible remakes. But ressurection is the polar opposite. It's a fine wine premium version of diablo 2.

    I already have D3 Standard. If I purchase the Pure Evil Upgrade for D2 does that mean I get D2 + all the expansions for D3. I'm a little confused.
