What's the difference? They look so similar. Seems no carry case and has a left/right angled guard on the 7770?
Same price at David Jones, but free shipping over $50 (says $10 in some places, shows as Free on checkout).

Bought for $89 yesterday (with 10% off online only), seems to have gone up to $149 now
I have this one, great for the trims. Feels quite sturdy, good battery too.
Great set, I use the hair and downstairs attachment (2nd row, far left), every 4 weeks, good battery and light being lithium, i bought a nice US-made Wahl thinking it would want the upgrade and haven't touched it.
It's the same price delivered on their ebay minus 5% with coupon
I have the 7770 (essentially the same thing)
Had it for just over a year now.
Absolutely delighted with it, easy beard trims and fades and help with the head shave if I let what I have grow longer than a few days.
Battery life is excellent. For $99 its a steal.
Shipping is still 6 duckets with eBay
free shipping with eBay plus
Great, well built, long lasting all rounder. Use this thing for everything.
Anyone know if this is good for getting a clean shave? A family member is looking to replace their rotary shaver and they want something that will shave their whole beard off, nice and clean/close to the skin. I know nothing about electric shavers myself, but this sounds like it might be good?
This is def not for a close shave, you use this to trim and then use a razor or proper shaver to finish off
thank you, I appreciate the help! :)
Thanks for the reviews, advice and post
I got one of these in a previous deal (a few years ago). I shave my beard 2x a week with it and I think I've charged it once.
i bought the 9000 variant in 2020 from DJ for same price after they price matched it with Myer at the time.
Totally worth it and still sharp.
I wish it was MG7770/15 for $99. Still an impressive price.
