      Rest were able to get it sorted via app support.

      I get it, their tracking process isn’t perfect but It’s not a big deal though…

        I didn't say everyone has had a negative outcome nor did I say no one should use this. If one does have problems though, don't say I didn't warn you.

        CBA is pouring enormous amounts in to this in a hope to rival ANZ/CR and can't deliver the basics. Quite sad really.

        Moreover, it's apparent you didn't click the first link where it conveniently expired before lunch time after a lot signed up and both connection and communication issues made it hard to determine whether it was 100%, 7% or 0% they'd be getting cashback. This uncertainty carried on until it was actually paid out as transactions mysteriously vanished.

          Meaning - that some people (including myself) has had few issues with it.

          Cashrewards and ShopBack have their own issues too..
          The 100% Red rooster cashback promo from CR, I read several comments of people who had difficulties tracking their cashback.

          I am not saying that what you are saying isn’t right. Just that, the idea of just abolishing an app for good because you have had a couple of issues with it in the past, didn’t make sense to me personally. Considering the fact that there is an opportunity for recourse via their customer support team.
          Also, I have got dozens of apps on my phone and none of them are perfect. They all have some issues sometimes. As a layman, I can understand that technology in the backend of such apps can’t be perfect either.

            … It's clear you have still not clicked on the first link. Tracking is one thing. However their server crashed with 200 clicks from about 9:50-10:30am (lol) and by the time it came back online the deal was pulled within minutes. Lots of people signed up only to find app wasn't working and when app worked, cashback didn't, despite still showing as 100% for some.

            TA is also a lot more active around here which instills faith in CR, provides timely communication on any problems and publicly guarantees cashback will still be honoured if there's an issue somewhere.

            I'm not expecting perfection, but I am expecting basic communication and function. I'm expecting them to provide the deals they advertise.

            I've concluded you must think "me" encompasses everyone which maybe in your little world it does but other people exist and never did I once invalidate their experience.

    Last time was 70% cashback for Pizzahut, I preordered 2 for 1 Tuesday pizzas, and it tracked well and cashback is already in my account.

    Already struggling to reach withdrawal limits using 2 cashback sites (shopback & cashrewards). Dont think the market is big enough for 3 players.

    Plus they shafted me on the previous pizza hut deal.

    Not sure what exactly is wrong but this is 4th time I order for Cheddar cashback
    It tracked just once and 3 times including today didn't track
    previous 2 times it was sorted out and I'm sure it will be sorted out this time too but still quite a hassle to write to support each time

  • I've had issues with purchases tracking previously but cheddar support exists and is good in my experience. Slow but good outcomes.

    The last time Chedder ran a PH promo they got everyone to download the app and then pulled the deal. I uninstalled the app after that. CR does a $10 cash back promo at PH.
