  Where is cs support based? My friend says it's based overseas and that reolink are a scummy company with terrible support, I've seen the screenshots and yikes! Ebay levels of cs support.

  How easy is this to set up from a complete amateur?

      My experience with ebay cs has mostly been quite bad, particularly regarding disputes I've had in the past

    Where is cs support based?

    I don't really care where it is based. I ordered the same camera (was shipped from Sydney). There was a whitish halo that was visible in the recordings at night. I emailed support with the images and they got back to me next day. So I am happy with the support.

    How easy is this to set up from a complete amateur?

    I am an amateur and I did wire it up myself. I tested it first and made sure the camera worked via Poe. After that it was a matter of extending the connection from inside the house to outside… Which I managed to do

      I only asked where cs is based because he said there's a delay and time difference between him and support. Eg he contacted them and they responded 3 days later

        Oh okay. Could have been due to weekend, but my experience was that for my 2 queries, I got a response within 24 hours each time
