I've always had issues redeeming Yums points at venues, it's like the venue do not recognise the Yums points has value. I can't blame the venue but maybe TheFork's presence in WA is not well known?
Me too. Very limited venues who accept them
I'd always confirm the booking terms when arriving at the restaurant. That it is showing as a Fork (Yums) reservation.
they should just work on expanding restaurant choices and getting more places to accept YUM rather than just spamming us with different codes every single week
amen
I agree but it's chicken and egg.. They need more customers to use them so they get bargaining power to negotiate with restaurants too
They should get restaurants to know how to process Yum dollars. Usually it is awkward at the counter as the receipt does not have a line for the redemption.
all waiter/waitress/cashier at meat and wine in nsw, know about yum. no issues
oh yes i can you book through fork, and you are redeeming $50- smile smile
only in Syd?
