I have both and prefer the Pegasus for running over the Ultraboosts. Make sure to get the laced pair and not the fly eze zip which can feel a bit loose.

NB more foam or the 1080 are way better IMO.. UB are more like a sneaker than a good runner ..

Adidas online are a nightmare to deal with. I returned a pair of shoes. their policy allows 21 days of them receiving the returned item to process a refund. My refund took 41 day. In the meantime my entire afterpay had been paid off. The offshore Customer support team kept saying ill escalate it, yet each time nothing happened. I will never shop with them again.
Same thing happened to me following the last sale. After getting tired of the run around ended up doing a PayPal dispute and it was resolved/refunded the next business day.
Makes me hesitant to bother with adidas ultraboosts again. Given the fit seems to change with every iteration, having a competent refund process is essential.
My refunds took about 30 days - not quick as well. However, you can't beat their prices with all the discounts and free shipping and returns. I've also noticed brick and mortar stores don't sell Adidas much, only a limited choice of models. Most of them prefer to sell Nike and other much more expensive shoes.
The bottom line is, yes, Adidas could've done better but at these prices they're still great.
Had a nightmare with them too when I returned some items from my order. After multiple failed attempts I lodged a dispute with Paypal which was closed in my favour.
What made it even more funny was that I was given refund for the entire order instead of being refunded for returned items only. That made up for the annoyance and hassle I had to go through.
I returned something recently - was pain-free! Lodged the return request just before the 21 days - but didn't post it (for free) until a week or so later.
Refund came back a week or so later!
Have bought and returned with adidas a few times with no issues - and have bought again! I often over-buy and return whatever I don't like once it arrives! Much like asos!
easy returns but refunds take forever. my last return reached them on 26/7. they only refunded monday this week. never not received a refund, they just take their time
I added some kids running shoes selected AFTERPAY as the payment method but the price is not reflecting 30% off, does anyone know why/what I'm doing wrong?
Not all items are 30% off.
Also, even though it's branded the 'Afterpay' sale, you don't have to pay via afterpay to get the 30% off. I paid via Paypal and still got 30% off. Cashrewards tracked my order and I received a confirmation about 15mins after my order.
Conversely, just because you are paying via Afterpay doesn't mean you'll get a 30% discount.

free returns…pretty damn good. just takes some time for them to get through to refunding you but it happens. you don't even have to print out a return shipping label - the post office does it for you.
How can we tell what items are part of the afterpay sale? Do we really have to add each item to the cart to find out?
Anyone know if the "Expires: Aug 21, 2022, 11:59:00 PM" on Cashrewards is a good indication of when the Afterpay day sale ends (even if the CR increased cashback expires tonight)?

Anyone having issue with PayPal?
I tried to pay with PayPal thru Cashrewards. Selected a linked card and clicked Pay on PayPal. Took a long while and redirected back to Adidas with no confirmation.
My card was charged. No transaction created in PayPal. No email confirmation. No order created in Order History.
The item was still in the cart awaiting to checkout.
Clicked "Checkout" again, asked me to enter credit card details or redirected to PayPal to pay again.
Update: the charge has now been reversed/disappeared from my bank history after more than an hour.
Actually some real good bargains there! Picked up a pair of Adios 6 and NMD_R1 Spectoo for $84 each before cash back (both were originally $240 pairs of shoes).
Cashrewards cash back down to 15% now though :/ but all tracked within minutes from purchase.
Has anyone tried to use the gift card to pay and successfully claimed cash back through CashRewards? The website says: You may not be eligible for Cashback: If a gift card is purchased or used as payment. May get some TCN Him to pay. Thanks, heaps.
Both price jacking at checkout and also they have a tendency to cancel and refund you a single item so that the cashback for your entire $300+ purchase is invalidated
Thanks OP. Just bought 2 x ultraboosts. Can use code and then pay by any payment method, dont have to use Afterpay if you dont want to. I used Paypal.
