The more expensive one has tungsten carbide tips. Better wear and heat resistance and overall a more expensive material than the bi-metal ones you linked. Had a quick search on the SKU for the carbide-tipped ones but couldn't find a website that I'm familiar with to know for sure if this is a deal or not.
Makes sense to me though that the carbide-tipped ones command a premium price.

Is there a decimal point pricing error? The one's at Aldi were $20.00. Probably different quality but a 10x price difference?
The Aldi ones will be more of a one use wonder - handy for the rare occasional light use but not for any serious work.
