    FYI:

    • 10,000 fly buy points = $50 credit at most flybuy stores.

    • Annual card fee is $65

    • Purchase interest rate: 19.49% pa.
    • Cash advances interest rate: 21.74% pa.
    • Balance transfers promo rate: 4.99% pa. for up to 6 months
    • Minimum credit limit: $6000*
    • Other fees may apply

Rather than getting the fly buys points I'd prefer to find a card that waived the annual fee and if you shop around you'll find credit card promo's with better rates and lower fees/ waived fees.

    • Based on your equation, the card is "free" if you spend $ 13,000. Then you start earning real points.
Probably worth it if you already have another credit card which is costing you $ and you give up that card.

I like the Complimentary Overseas Travel Insurance. Is it good enough that one doesn't need to buy extra insurance (for medical)?

      • you can find cards (not common though) that provide the travel insurance AND waive the first year card fee. The Jetstar QFF Platinum card is an example, they were giving 20k QFF points on signup back in Feb too.

    • no thanks, i never subscribe any card that has annual fee

  • Whats good about this card…

I think the real question here is, is that your real bicep? :P

  • Flyby's is a scam to some extent.

You got scam for sure with flyby's card. Try get the flybuys?.

  • what can i use with the points?

    • logged in and checked.

2k points are worth 10 Flybuy dollars, which can be used at coles, liquorland, kmart etc.

10,800 points gets a $50 gift card for bunnings or some afl giftshop thing

10k points gets $50 CREDIT towards your Flybuy LINKED NAB card

$65 annual card fee = no deal!

  • Instead, NAB has removed Flybuys points on all other credit cards :\

    • yes but if you are an existing customer and already have flybuys linked to your nab card before july 1st you don't lose that benefit. that is my understanding after i called them. correct me if im wrong.?

  • was gonna say, what does 10, 000 points get you, a pen? … after 5 years on flybuys, i managed to get one adult movie ticket and ditto on a visa points card. Flybuys is just a marketing data collection activity.

  • From memory I think 1000 fly buy points gets you $10 discount from Coles so 10000 should get you one hundy! Lol
Anyone with fly buys can login and check? :)

  • I wonder if you can get the annual fee waived on this new card if you have nab shares? anyway the GE coles MC is a better product you can get 2 flybuy points per dollar plus another point if you show your fly buys card that's a total of 3 points at a coles group store. thus cash back (transfer to nab cc or a gift card) comes to 1.5%. I also think that old customers with the no annual fee Coles source cards can now upgrade to get 2 points on any purchases anywhere and then downgrade again to no annual fee before 12 months is up when an annual fee is charged too?

    • $666.666 spent at Coles on their Coles MC = $10. Are you willing to sell your soul for $10?
