I've been wanting to buy one of these for a while. Put a price watch on the camels for $140 and they alerted me this morning that it's the lowest ever at $103.71.

Even better - Amazon have a 20% voucher bringing it down to $82.97. Score!

I've wanted these for trimming small branches around my house. The ones that just aren't worth getting the chainsaw out (and getting fuel for it etc).

    • green bosch tools are garbage for sure, it looks like toy for premium price tag..lol

    • Thanks, this is a hard pass!

    • Great (funny) review, but admittedly this was at the US $200 price point.

    • Man he didn't hold back …2:00 - 2:45…

    • Oh dear.

    • I use my Dewalt battery circular saw with coarse ripper blade when I need to cut medium size tree branches.

  • +1

Was totally keen until I read some reviews.

    • lol I was the same, thought "oh yeah that looks like a useful tool" then after seeing reviews…yeeah naah

  • Looks so cool until you watch the review

  • The more powerful 18 volt version also has a nice coupon deal on it currently (note: doesn't include battery). https://www.amazon.com.au/Bosch06033D5100Bosch-Cordless-Nano…

Not sure that was the fairest review ever in the video… is anyone using it for delicate cutting jobs like he showed? I doubt it. Most people (like my Dad) just want to be able to cut branches in the garden and for a battery powered tool, it didn't seem too bad at that

    • Think a cordless reciprocating saw would be a better idea. I use my Ozito for this.

      • A small chainsaw would be good for some stuff. I found the recipro can just end up shaking the smaller stuff

  • We've got a few of the sub $20 ebay ones. Great for general pruning… for the price.
Haven't had the sharpen of change the chain tho…
    Time will tell.

  • horrible for wood, but awesome tool for cardboard boxes.
    so yeah,
