  • any amp recommandation for my new setup: just for desktop use, want it to be 2.1
a pair of passive speaker (6inch)
and a sub that is powered and uses 3.5mm jack (old logitech) i want to use it as the sub for new setup. (ill just leave both speakers unpluged, can i even do that?)

cant find any cheap decent sub for SUB200$ >.>
willing to buy a whole 2.1setup for SUB400$ any recommandation?

      • how does mine 3.5 connect to that RCA sub port?
        and is Fosi Xduoo product?

      • Any deals for this one?

    • +2

Get a 3.5mm splitter and run one into the sub and another into the amp.

One of the problems is that your speakers will still be putting out bass, so all the sub is doing is adding more bass.

And the bigger problem is that you are using a Logitech subwoofer.

      • yeah, so i cant run the splitter unless it has crossover.

  • Will this be powerful enough to power ceiling speakers? Got around 8 jbl speakers in the house from previous owner, don't know how to power them up.

    • +2

will be able to power 2 of your 8 speakers as it is a 2 channel amplifier

    • You will need at least a 7.2 A/V channel receiver if you want to get them all connected.
