Surprisingly, everyone at the OzB meetup today was intrigued on how I find all my deals. I've said the following to everyone at the OzBargain meetup today and I'll say it again.
All these deals are just found based on manual work and knowledge. It takes time to find deals. RE the mini group, I simply put some of the best deal finders all into an OzB group chat, and I'm so proud of them - everyday they spend lots of time finding deals just like myself.
The group is capped anyway as OzB only allows about 8 people or so into a group, but even if it wasn't full, I'm not going to be adding anyone else. If the product has a very low quantity, it's usually shared around the group. We try our best to post all deals whenever we can.

that said the attitude of some is disheartening.
I don't even have Amazon prime anymore because I didn't find any deals that were worth paying for prime. This deal would have brought me back to subscribing. I really like the cheap drinks. However, this shows no free shipping even with prime. I paid for the shipping anyway. This deal was too good not to pay for shipping.
Also I thought following this sub and the ex twitter was enough to get good deals. Now I find out there's a smaller Amazon group? This is like the cool kids of the cool kids group or something.

Last change they removed the 500ml but left the 12.@bamzero: I received 1 also not the 12 that I expected so I complained to Amazon CS who refunded me also they arranged if I purchased 12 Bottles at full price $36 they would refund me the $36 after I received them which they did to my Amazon gift card so in total I received 13 at no cost to me.

@chrisie: Geez, you gotta better deal then I did. After being swapped from Amazon CS to their Manager all he could offer me was a measly $10 gift card as I had bought two packs of 12 and received 2 bottles. After further whinging about how long they had me on hold for, he came back with a $15 gift card and full refund. They wouldn't budge on buying or sending out what they had advertised. The reason I was transferred to the Manager in the first place was because the initial CS rep said I wasn't reading the ad properly or something lol. When I said it clearly states 12x500ml and how else would anyone else read it he simply laughed and dismissed it.
@habib23q: Yes it always depends on which Amazon CS person you get. I always click for CS to ring me back that way I am speaking to a person and can keep arguing (politely of course) with them until I get what I think is reasonable. CS told me they would only do this the once, only won't at this time. Next it will be once again.
@chrisie: I was actually nice to them as I have worked in a call centre years ago but he put me on hold to speak to the Manager and after like 10 mins I hung up and he called me back only to put me on hold for another half an hour. When I finally spoke to the manager he kept apologising and said they would be dealing with him later. I got the feeling this guy had issues with other customers before. But yeah it does all depend on who you get.
@habib23q: I also put to them it was well and good receiving a refund as I had only received 1 bottle but now I would be out of pocket if I ordered another lot at full price. That's when things came good.
@chrisie: Yep I said all that too but he went on to admit it was a price error and that was the best offer I was gonna get. I was over it by that stage and took it.

Although pity they don't come with an rj45 port.luckily I have a usb -> rj45 adaptor lying around so it's all sorted.
Yes it's one way of doing it but the usb -> rj45 adaptor aren't cheap either also adds another thing that can go wrong.
@chrisie: I bought the adaptor originally for one of my laptops… you know laptops nowadays don't like to include a LAN port even my laptop is a 16" one with plenty of space around the chassis….
Although pity they don't come with an rj45 port.
You can get similar with RJ-45 (and a few other extras like Audio and more USB-3)

Since the silly 10c can increase in VIC, drinks prices have shot up.
It's hard enough to snag a deal for bottles let alone those close-to-best-before cans.I'm wary that the close to expiry carbonated drinks might be duds because they've lost most of their carbonation. Sometimes I buy drinks and leave them without opening them for months and they go flat. So who knows that these close to expiry drinks will be like.

There is one thing to note, this comment was left by a reviewer and l will pass as this would bug me too much.
A big thing to note is that the charging cable cannot be detached from the keyboard, so if you damage it, you'll have to replace the entire device. They include a USB to USB cable extender because it's such a tiny cable too. You pretty much HAVE to use the extender because of the length, which negates any "benefit" to having the cable attached in the first place when you have to attach an extra cable anyway…
Has been cheaper. I use it just about everyday.
Edit: The charging cable is a little annoying but I've only had to charge it a couple of times I think.
