My 2 have only been automatically cancelled after missing their expected arrival date.
Expecting a few more as some things from 23rd to the weekend are yet to ship.
@dazza826: This is the trend for me too. If it misses the dispatch/arrival date then it’s most likely cancelled

Haven't had any cancellations from Amazon yet, (Only cancellations by myself being stupid Like i cancelled my Coke $5.47 ish order thinking its too close to expiry date etc. without realizing how many L of that coke was).
But my peanut butter still hasn't shipped, with the est del being 2-3 Sept. So likely to be first cancellation from amazon. They have taken ages for shipping tho before (which is basically forcing me to cancel order) like arnotts shapes pizza

@USER DC: I cancelled orders where promo credit was used and the promo credit has reappeared when I have made the next order.
