  $9 is too much considering it has less than two months before Fifa 23 and PS Plus got it free a couple months ago

  I got this for free with Playstation Plus and can't connect to the EA servers. EA deleted my account due to inactivity. They can't (won't?) reopen it and I can't disconnect my PSN account from the EA account.

    I had the same problem, and yes they are useless. Basically you can only link one PSN account to an EA account. I essentially had to create a new PSN account and a new EA account.

      But then I would need to purchase PS plus on the new PSN account, and trophies would only be earned on the new account. Pretty poor workaround :(

      I guess this will be a problem for me with all EA games going forward!

  I paid $29, still haven't played it and I got it on PS PLUS

  I wouldn't even buy 23, just save your money and pay $9 for this!

    23 is the last EA incarnation and it's supporting cross console play for the first time. Pretty big deal in the Fifaverse before FIFA themselves run it into the ground.

  Thanks OP. I don't have PS+ as I rarely use my PS5, have been playing FIFA 21 occasionally but I have the PS4 version and don't like the case next to my PS5 cases. This is a no brainer

  Why is it your least favourite?
  I purchased F22 simply because I wanted an upgrade from F16 so this wasn't an issue for me.
  The only thing I am not happy about is Career Mode where I am the Leagues top scorer yet after being out for injury I am kicked out of the team for not being good enough. Apart from that the 6 year upgrade was worth it.

    @cheapskatez I think it's more a me issue rather than a game issue. I used to buy every fifa by default and sink hours into it. But this one I felt was so boring. Thoroughly enjoy playing when my mates are over though.

    Maybe I'm a grown up now 😢
