I find if you go onto chat they will generally match or beat most prices.
I guess its more a case by case basis.
Bear in mind they have no delivery fee versus most other retailers charging one…
Never got my car battery that they said was in stock and turned out that they never even had any stock. Refusing me a refund as well trying to force me to take a store credit and then promised me they'd find me another replacement battery that wasn't what I wanted or needed.
Wouldn't you just dispute the transaction with your bank?

I had a similar experience with AO of a similar nature just last year. They offered me a refund or to wait for stock. Decided to wait. I really wanted the matte finish on my fridge and their ETA was the best.
I wouldn't trust their site to correctly display current stock. Contact them to have it confirmed and perhaps reserved, if possible (assuming OA has the best deal in the situation ofc)
