For anyone considering any Q model, i would deffinately recommend spending the extra for one with a built in thermometer. Trying to get the tempreture sweet spot i find makes a huge difference for whatever you are cooking up!

Was wanting one for our caravan but apparently the regulations have change and external BBQs need flameout safeguards. Unfortunately the Baby Q's don't have them

Yep they are fine & legal when directly connected to a gas bottle. Ziggy is the same. Both companies will be adding flameout guards in the future to allow users to connect to a gas bayonet.

Any one want to jump in on the Weber V Ziggy comparison.
Looking at the moment. Ziggy appears to be able to cook with the lid up compared to the weber that needs the lid down.
I believe ziggy puts out more heat, so greater gas use. Weber does everything really well, just a different style of cooking.
