This is the full-sized card, and seems to have been price-matched to the $699 mini edition at Mwave.
Despite the product page mentioning free games, it doesn't seem to include 3060 Ti's.

Most of the RTX cards say they qualify on their site, guess BPC were too lazy to only add them to the qualifying models

I was just posting pricing history of this card. This information helps people decide for themselves whether it's a deal or not.
