Been looking for some smart lightbulbs that do not require a hub for a while and these seem to be a good deal for a set of 4. Since they are discounted to clear I have a feeling these are the older v1 of the product (the only difference being an update to the packaging and not to the product itself).

Watch this space…..not far away!
Personally I prefer SmartLife/Tuya as I don't want 50 smart apps for every smart device around the house (and I can't be bothered setting up HA). So I got these

We moved into a house with light switches behind the door and rewiring might be difficult due to lack of space. If I get this, is there a battery powered smart switch that might be able to control the bulbs?
why can't they have these for down lights
