  • I bought one during prime day and it came with a dead sensor. Not sure if it's a common problem or I was just unlucky. I could click and scroll, but couldn't move the mouse cursor at all. It didn't even show up in my Razer Synapse. Ended up returning and refunded after trying on multiple computers and switching between BT and dongle with no luck.

  • The BT is laggy whereas the USB receiver is fast but still not like wired.

USB latency for this mouse is 3.6ms response, which is on par with or better than most of the fastest wired mice on the market.

Bluetooth is always 125Hz, so it's never good.

Which matches my experience with this mouse.

  • Why does this looks exactly like my G502

    • I switched from a G502 after about 4 years to this mouse. Loving it.
Have had one scroll wheel die though and amazon refunded. bought another as liked it so much.

It's lighter though, noticeably without any weights like in the 502. But I've found I prefer a lighter mouse.
Noticed no difference in responsiveness when using the wireless USB dongle, but Bluetooth is hit and miss (fine for an iPad on the go).

  • These run ok on eneloops?

    • yeh I've been using the eneloops on them. They work fine.

      • Thanks mate. Always worried about the voltage difference

I have this mouse, and use the USB dongle. Have been using it for about 8 months, and love that you can edit the functions of the additional buttons. Very comfy to use all day.
Only issue I have is the mouse stops sometimes, and I have to remove/ replace the battery.

Copy pasting my comment from the previous time this was on special.

I own this and use it for work. It's very meh. Works ok for a work mouse but I wouldn't use it for gaming as it desync's for a few seconds randomly in the middle of use (this is outside the re-connection delay after it falling asleep). I've been using it exclusively wireless 2.4ghz (not bluetooth, which is worse). Another issue I also have for it being a work mouse is that is has no side scrolling options. The mouse wheel is fixed (also doesn't feel nice to scroll).

Razor software is terrible. It forces you to use an account and if you install new software onto a computer it will revert your saved DPI mouse settings to default before you can log in.

    Wouldn't recommend.

    • If it's any consolation, you can adjust the hardness of the scroll wheel but otherwise yeah I didn't like it especially the software requiring you to sign up just to map the mouse buttons.

  • Had this mouse for a few weeks. Feels very nice on my hand but unfortunately, the battery would only last 2-3 days (using USB receiver). Tried different new and rechargeable batteries. In comparison to my other mouses like cheap Kogan mouse and Logi MX anywhere 2 which lasts for weeks, I just could not recommend this Razer mouse.

Probably can buy and refund via Amazon pretty easily. I bought from Microsoft store and contacting them for support/refund was not easy.

  • The top cover of my mouse is loose.

  • Has anyone noticed that the mouse rocks slightly or is just my mouse? Rocks slightly to the left when I press down slightly on the thumb grip.
