    You might be thinking of the 600D at that price, because local stock for the 60D is normally ~$1100.

    That's grey import. For local stock/ warrantee this is a good price. Obviously, if you're comfortable with sending your camera overseas in the event of a warrantee claim the go grey. Kogan or JB Hifi direct import are often cheaper too

  In terms of stock, even if there's no stock, it can be stock transferred from another store (at that price) or back ordered/special ordered (at that price). Either way, you can get it for that price within about 4 business days or within a few weeks depending on the method.
