I bought the 4K model which is $314 at the moment. The tracking works well. I haven't tried it in more challenging situations though, like with several people in view or with cluttered backgrounds.
If you need it to zoom in, the 4K model will have better image quality as it has more resolution to start with.
Do note that the remote control on Amazon is the old model that disables certain keys (like q, w, a, s) on the keyboard when it's enabled in the OBSBOT software. There is an updated remote control that doesn't do that, you have to ask the seller for it.
