    These are 823kj per serve vs 878kj for Reeces Peanut Butter Cups. Reeces are $1 per packet at Woolies at the moment.

    But these are much lower in sugar (somehow? I’m not sure where the all the kj comes from then).

      Turns out protein has kJ

    • probably the most important thing is the carbs, its not always kj in vs kj out, these from what i looked at the ingredients would be good for a keto or low carb diet. 1g carb vs reeces 21g. These wont turn into fat stores right away.

      i believe sucralose and erythritol are keto friendly.
