  These are 823kj per serve vs 878kj for Reeces Peanut Butter Cups. Reeces are $1 per packet at Woolies at the moment.

    probably the most important thing is the carbs, its not always kj in vs kj out, these from what i looked at the ingredients would be good for a keto or low carb diet. 1g carb vs reeces 21g. These wont turn into fat stores right away.

    i believe sucralose and erythritol are keto friendly.
