    Free gift but you have to buy something.

    This is a great little light, my only gripe is that you twist a bit to turn on, twist a bit more to make it brighter, twist a bit too far and the top pops off.

      Yeah, it does come off eventually but you don't need to turn it much to activate the light.

      I usually buy another cheap torch or accessory when these deals come up. Sometimes you get a $10 off voucher via email which means you get two torches or whatever for really cheap.

      You turn it different directions though. One way turns it on, the other turns it off and another turn and a half will 'extend' it to get to the charge port.

      One of those Velcro morale patches.. Landfill to me but $2.66 for a decent keychain light is good value to me

      I guess if it wanted to spend a little more you could get a lanyard with blue cord lock for $4.46

      More useful imho but I'm just gonna attach this to my set of work keys so the extra cord won't really do much might just cause more tangles tbh.

        They may have shot themselves in the foot. They really should let you buy things at the usual price leading up to the sale (not that I would). Do they really not want to sell anything until then? Maybe they are all on vacation or something?

      I haven't tried to checkout yet but their winter sales don't start for another 5 days. Maybe we just have to wait. This is their usual schtick. I usually just try to spin to win something and get the free light and possible prizes near the end of the sale. I don't think I've missed out on a free light yet (when it's been available to existing customers)
