Amazon AU 14% Cashback (16% for ANZ Max) on All Categories (4pm-6pm AEST 12/07, Capped at $20 Per Member) @ Cashrewards

15890

Hi everyone. A hot 2-hour Amazon Prime Day deal for our members with 14% cashback on every Amazon category, capped in total at $20 per member and valid for 2 hours only. ANZ Max members that pay with a linked ANZ card will get 16% cashback (capped at $20). Don't forget to join Amazon Prime in order to access all Prime Day deals - it's totally free for the first month. Thanks for your support as always. Stay safe, and enjoy :)

Please read the following terms & tips carefully - it will save a lot of questions:

  1. Ensure your Amazon cart is empty before clicking from Cashrewards, as items added prior to clicking will not earn cashback. Items must only be added to cart after clicking from Cashrewards.
  2. During the 2 hour promotional period, 14% cashback for Amazon Australia (16% for ANZ Max members) is capped at $20 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 4:00pm to 6:00pm Tuesday 12/07/22 (AEST).
  3. Purchases paid with gift cards are eligible for cashback.
  4. Purchases paid with any Amazon promotional credit as partial or full payment are ineligible for cashback.
  5. Cashback is ineligible on purchase of vouchers, gift cards, kindle unlimited, audible, mobile apps, recurring subscribe & save items (first order only is eligible), Amazon Prime subscriptions & renewals. Cashback is also ineligible on use of any codes entered manually in Amazon's 'Promotion Code' field, and on items purchased from your Amazon wish list or 'saved for later' list.
  6. Pre-orders are eligible for cashback only if the item is scheduled to be shipped within 60 days of purchase.
  7. Purchases from Amazon US/UK are eligible for cashback provided the transaction is made via Amazon AU.
  8. You must return and click through from Cashrewards to Amazon every time you make a new transaction/purchase. Click and subsequent purchase must be completed inside the 2-hour window. Amazon tracking typically takes 1-3 days to report into accounts (Amazon tracking is not instant).
  9. The offer is valid during the promotional period unless withdrawn by Amazon earlier. Amazon reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the offer at any time at its discretion. The offer cannot be used on pre-existing orders with Amazon.
  10. For tracking success, ensure you disable 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close any additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites looking for codes etc after clicking from Cashrewards as tracking will be lost. Cashrewards must be your last click (not 3-Camels etc). Try our iOS/Android mobile app for great tracking results. Use our Help Centre & Contact form here for any questions or issues.

  • Hi TA,

Can I use a same Amazon account (has prime) on both mine and my partner’s CR account to qualify this promotion?

    Thanks!

  • TA coming in with the ripper cash back deal for prime day

  • Can I buy an Amazon US product through Amazon AU?

  • +1

That wait for 4pm hoping the item you want stays in stock…

  • The cashback is great. The unfortunate reality is that most stuff by 4pm will be OOS. Just grab the 10% S&S discount will you can….

  • Given all the issues I have had with Cashrewards over the years on large mark cash backs not tracking despite following all the rules (empty cart, no special codes etc) I am not sure if it's worth the effort……….

  • Purchases paid with any Amazon promotional credit as partial or full payment are ineligible for cashback.

Is promotional credit the same as gift card credit?

    • +2

No - separate. Gift card credit is eligible, promotional credit not.

  • Min spend for max reward (accounting for GST).
    $20 / 0.14 * 1.1 = $157.14 (non ANZ Max)
    $20 / 0.16 * 1.1 = $137.50 (ANZ Max)
    right?

  • Can this be combined with the 10% subscribe and save discount?

  • +1

Oh it's 4pm, for some reason I thought it was 2pm

    • WTF? It s………. I thought it was from 2pm also - it said from 2->4 right?

      • +1

I also could have sworn it said 2-4

        • weird, a friend also said its 2pm, but I checked revision and always been 4pm

          • +1

@CodeXD: It definitely said 2pm because I set my alarm for then

            • +1

Was waiting for the cashback but found something for my kids and there's last one left so I decided to pay first. Then I met a funniest customer service ever. I was about to pay the deal and it was removed from my cart and error occurs. As it was the last one I thought it might be OOS. But I then searched and find it still available so I took a screen shot showing Prime Day Deal 51% off. But when I press the link the price raised about $20. I then contacted the customer service who told me THE PRICE CHANGES FROM TIME TO TIME AND YOU CAN CHECK IT FROM TIME TO TIME. I asked her even if it was Prime Day deal, the price will be like stock and I will never know when it is the time to buy it for cheapest price? She said yes sir, you have to check the price from time to time to get the cheapest price…… I am confused now. Is she telling the truth? So the whole Prime Day Deal thing is like gambling? LOL

    • +3

      I'll have what he's having

  • Does CR track Amazon cashback per item or per order? Looking to buy 4 items and want to know if I should split it up into 4 orders.

    • +1

      Max is $20 per member.

      • -1

lolwut did you reply to wrong comment?

    • +5

Per item. Please ensure you generate a new click for each new order, or subsequent orders will not track.

      • Does that mean if we want to purchase 2 items in a single transaction, we have to go back to CR page and click through to Amazon for each item? Or does that have to be 2 separate transactions?

        • I took it to mean we can order multiple items in 1 order, and it will track each one individually.

        • +1

One click per order. You can have as many items as you wish in one order. Every order requires its own click.

          • @tightarse: So wait, I can order 7 items in one go for about $150 or I need 7 diff transactions?

            • +1

@hamwhisperer: Either. Whatever you're more comfortable with.

              • +3

@tightarse: Hey tightarse, can it be stacked with items that have a little tickbox on the item listing such as "Save an extra 12% when you apply this voucher" or "25% coupon will be applied at checkout"?

Since they aren't applied manually at the check out screen are they ok for cashback?

      • Wait are you suggesting I buy all 7 of the items I want in sep transactions?

      • Oh jesus.

        • +3

          In response to this…

Does CR track Amazon cashback per item or per order? Looking to buy 4 items and want to know if I should split it up into 4 orders.

I think there's some confusion with my response & comment. If you buy 4 items in 1 order, they will track as 4 separate entries in your Cashrewards account. That's what I meant to say. Hopefully cleared up now.

          • @tightarse: I didn't know that every order requires it's own click.

This is very crucial information but I will hope to remember for next time.

            • @watwatwat: It's the same for almost all stores on Cashrewards. Thanks.

  • +5

Hi tightarse, can it be stacked with items that have a little tickbox on the item listing such as " Save an extra 12% when you apply this voucher. Terms".

    • +1

and in addition to Xizor’s question, what about the buy “2 or more and save x%” promotions? Can we stack the cashback for these items?

    • I am wondering this as well thanks tightarse

  • Purchases paid with any Amazon promotional credit as partial or full payment are ineligible for cashback.

  • So to make sure I have this right, if I apply a coupon manually in a field I don't get cashback,
but what if the item I am looking at says "25% coupon applied at checkout" i.e its done automatically. Does this still qualify for cashback?

  • Could someone tell me please how this Cashrewards works ? Thanks .

    • +4

Make an account with cashrewards (best to use a referral link for bonus $10). From the Cashrewards website, look up the Amazon category where it'll then take you to the standard Amazon site. Once you purchase a product(s), you'll get 14% of the product(s) value back after a few days, to a maximum of $20. It'll be credited to your Cashrewards account. Note: Your purchase cannot already be in the shopping cart before you enter the website via cashrewards, or be made using account credit. Gift cards work just fine.

You can withdraw your earnings straight to your bank account or buy gift cards with it.

      so
      1) Make Cashrewards account using a referral code
      2)Enter amazon.com via Cashrewards
      3) Make your purchase
      4) It'll appear in your Cashrewards account shortly after and then be available for withdrawal within a few days.

It ends in less than 1.5 hours though so hurry if you want to take advantage of this deal. Good luck :)

      • "………. and then be available for withdrawal within a few days".

Isn't it Pending (i.e. accepted) within a few days but Approved for withdrawal in 2-3 months?

Don't forget to turn off your adblocker before clicking the Shop Now link and do your research first because you must not click to any other sites once started.

  • Made the rookie mistake of putting the 2 Fire Stick Max deal in with my regular items that didn't have a coupon in my initial order. Luckily was able to cancel straight away and order them again separately clicking through separately each time. Hopefully still get my cashback.

  • Good man, TA, cheers. Between cashback and slightly discounted Amazon card it got me to buy stuff that I might have otherwise given a miss.

    👍

Seeing 1,300 upvotes I thought this was uncapped at 14%, I'm a little disappointed now.

  • Just ordered 2 boxes of Pepsi Max 30 X 375ml.

  • Just bought an Arovec Air Purifier + 2 pack filters. Spring will be here soon enough.

    • Which one?

      • +1

AV-P152 in white for $123. Added a 2-pack of filters for $39 (singularly $29, recommended change every 6 months depending how polluted the air is). I reckon I could stretch out 3 filters for 3 years if I only run the purifier mainly during Spring/Summer.

Used one 2 years ago and seemed to work well. Paid ~$130 back then so it’s around the cheapest price point give or take.

  • Are smartwatches part of "all categories"? Standard T&Cs say no.

Edit: assume so with 14% rate in the table for watches.
