Not necessarily for everything, I was looking at some of their large speakers which were $299 + $60 courier shipping. Now it's $299 + $5, so that's a $45 saving.

Same here. Ordered the umbrellas when it was on sale and I got it within 2 days. Very impressed with their fast turnaround but was more impressed that it was delivered by AUSPost and not private Courier.
High. On their front page they say 95% of their items ship next day. I bought my weight scales yesterday(before the good shipping started) and they shipped today. May have them tomorrow or Weds
$5 shipping has expired today - so it looks like it was a one-off one day special
$5 delivery sounds a good deal but they jack up their normal price. eg. their popular 3 Woodworm umbrellas normally selling for $19.95, sometimes as low as $16.95. Today $24.95. May be a good deal if you combine shipping.
