AliExpress: 20% Cashback on Affiliate Products ($15 Cap Per Member, 7pm-11pm AEST 30/06) @ Cashrewards

1920

With the 'Summer/Winter Sale' at AliExpress in full swing I've organised with TA a big cashback increase at Cashrewards that kicks off tomorrow from 7pm to 11pm AEST and capped at $15.

A great way to offset the GST and for those who want to save more with smaller purchases. As usual be sure to check the terms below and use this link to ensure the products you want to buy are affiliated and eligible for cashback.

Special Terms

Important: Cashback is eligible only on purchase of affiliate products. Check product eligibility on this link by entering the product ID or URL. Ensure you click 'Shop Now' prior to purchase. Claims will not be accepted for purchase of non-affiliate products.

Cashback is ineligible on the purchase of face masks, medical consumables, gift cards, virtual products, coupons, travel, ebooks, AliExpress Top-up, and any non-affiliate AliExpress products.

Empty your cart prior to clicking from Cashrewards. Add items to your cart after clicking from Cashrewards.

Confirmation of delivery or goods received must be made on AliExpress within 90 days of placing your order to be eligible for cashback.

You must return and click through from Cashrewards every time you make a new transaction/purchase.

In regards to AliExpress coupons they always track in my experience as long as the item is affiliated. For this sale there are the Summer Codes, Select Codes and June Codes to use.

    • +1

But there is no affiliate search filter?? Look like you find what you want, then run it through the checker … if.it fails.. then need to keep repeating until you get it?

      • +1

Yes that's how it is unfortunately.

        • +7

          Hmm… here's me thinking its 2022.

    • I think those June codes might be expired? I tried them out with a cart that worked with the Summer and Select codes, they didn't work.

      • Still valid.

        • +1

Got it, they must have an even smaller pool of items than the other codes.

Edit: Or just a different pool, makes me miss sitewide codes.

Now I'm confused. The CR website says " You may not be eligible for Cashback: If a coupon code is used that is not listed on Cashrewards."

There are no coupon codes currently listed on the AliExpress page of CR. Are we risking being ineligible for the cashback in this deal, if we use the codes you listed?

      • +1

Yes you're taking the risk… however AliExpress push these coupons very hard to their affiliate partners and heavily encourage that they take advantage of them so they will pay out.

  • +1

Very nice, thanks for this Clear and Tightarse, literally had some TWS earbuds open the last few days ready to pounce on a discount!

  • +2

Stacks with this deal or nah?

  • 4 in a row purchases with cashrewards have not tracked for me now and had to make a claim each time. Haven't changed anything afaik or do anything different, anyone else gone through something similar?

    • Which browser? No extensions like adblock, honey or settings to disable tracking? No antivirus or software like AdGuard that blocks ads, tracking cookies?

      • Firefox. I've been using CR for several years and it's always been fine. I use ublock origin but of course disable it before clicking through on any purchase. Basically, i've done nothing different to how i've always done it but for some reason it has simply stopped tracking for me the past couple weeks. So each time i do a claim they send me an email saying claim approved and then saying the usual thing, disable adblockers, dont click banners etc, i already know all that and none of that is the prob, it's something else apparently?

        • In Firefox click on the menu button, Settings, then go to Privacy & Security. There's a heading "Send websites a "Do Not Track" signal that you don't want to be tracked".

Ensure that is not set to 'Always', otherwise it's going to be blocking cashback from tracking.

          • @Clear: It's not on always but thanks for the suggestion. Maybe i'll try clearing caches etc and see if it helps but yeah not sure what's going on.

    • +2

Use a fresh chrome profile with the cashrewards extension (no adblock or anything like that). It should track pretty much everytime like this

    • Use the app, disable adblockers, ensure cookies enabled, don’t use inprivate or incognito mode, make sure your router is not blocking ads.

    • +1

My situation is even worse. Most purchases cannot be tracked recently, even worse I cannot make a claim online. Every time I am trying to submit a claim, an error message pops up telling me to contact the customer service team. So annoying.

    • +1

      Me too

    • Sketchy for me on PC, but works every time using the mobile app.

  • If the product is an affiliate product, but face mask, means no cashback?

    • Correct.

  • i nearly bought today! holy, thank you!

  • +1

AE blocked my account and I can’t verify it so I guess no deal for me.

  • Exactly what I was waiting for, thanks op and CR.

  • Thanks op and ta, was literally about to buy something tonight!

  • +1

    im not good at math.

to maximise this deal, how much do i have to spend to get 20% to be $15

    is it $15 * 5 = $75

is this AUD or USD? i noticed a lot of deals are in USD. now with the horrible exchange rate, i have to buy way more stuff then i wanted to.

    • cashrewards is aud

    • +6

You are almost correct, it is $75 AUD but the cashback calc is done by using the USD value of the order excluding GST.

Ignoring the USD conversion element (which is too hard to predict) you need to order with the ex-GST amount at $75. This comes to $82.50 AUD.

  • +1

    Steeldive link?

  • Can’t tell what items are good under affiliation

  • is the shipping fee part of the Cashback as well, or just product price?

    • +2

      Product price.

  • +1

Serious question - what do ozbargain folks generally buy from Aliexpress?

Pardon my ignorance, but I've always associated Aliexpress with cheap Chinese knock-off products, so has never tickled my fancy in terms of shopping there.

    • +8

AliExpress banned fake knock off products a very long time ago. They're all on Wish and Dhgate now.

Recent purchases for me has been some cheap quality USB-C cables, e-scooter accessories like attachable bags and lights, action camera, Android tablet and some security cameras to name a few.

    • Fasgear cables. Other than that, nadda for me.

    • Just under 1000 orders with Aliex for me. Been pretty good. When product arrives, test it straight away and file a claim if it's not as advertised. Almsot always goes in my favour. Used to have a few months to put a claim in, now it's like 14 days, at last on some items, not sure. Got some great things for cheap. Just got a microphone for my son's YT channel and it was almost half price. Most of my online purchases are Aliex or Amazon depending on time frames, ebay is my 3rd option.

    • +2

I buy: stuff for craft, dress up, wigs, tiaras, stationery, all the cheap china stuff. No tech or anything.

    • Bicycle parts, keyboard & keyboard parts, usb cables, cable storage, cpu cooler. Love aliexpress

    • +1

I find it the other way around, been buying a lot of car detailing stuff and the things you find on Amazon/Ebay/Retailers are just white labelled versions from Alibaba etc. Sometimes you can find the exact item for half the price. If shipping time is not a concern you're better off buying from Aliexpress.

  • What happens once you hit the cap?

From memory the cashback changes to $0, is this still the case?

    • bought one - thanks for the tip

      • i was going to get one but i don't really need 3 types of gps in my smartwatch. ill probably get the $40 one that clear posted. no amoled but still swimproof

        • i saw a bit of a dodgy review re the one clear posted - and the poco amoled got me over the line - used 6JUNE6 code at checkout plus the cashrewards stacked

          • @avtek: cheers for the code. i just ordered one too. by the time it arrives, ill have forgotten about it and itll be like my birthday coming early

          • @avtek: got my watch. found that you can add your own pictures as backgrounds by choosing the 'album' watch faces. comfy watch. a little bit of delay when swiping and syncing isn't perfect. battery life is crazy good

            • @belongsinforums: i think its great - love it - am using it mostly when i got out for a ride or walking etc crazy good - excellent gps features - - however i wore it for 5 days straight 24 hrs and then realised i had a red mark on my skin just where the sensor is under the watch - not eczema - so i use it on alternate wrists and not 24/7 - will try out the album watch faces

              • @avtek: you must have it fairly tight to have a red mark, or maybe my wrist is just used to wearing a watch. so far only take it off to shower. easy clean using a microfibre towel for the face and a soapy toothbrush for the band. couldnt get the band off so thats the next step

  • Does anyone have a reccomendation for one of those leaf blowers but for your keyboard?

    • +1

These are popular. If you choose the red/black one there's a US$2 store coupon and US$3 discount at checkout for a total of US$27.68. There may be others cheaper elsewhere.

      • These looks the same and bit cheaper.

        • +1

Prices are ex GST until checkout

  • +2

Thanks Clear, works on the Steeldive watch.

    • Cool! Makes it sub 100aud?

      • Depends if the store coupons are still available.

  • Nice. Was about to spend $96 on AE. Shall do tomorrow night instead

  • Isnt current sale $3off every 30 spent applicable only on mobile app purchases ? And cashrewards ineligible for purchase with mobile app ? Or am I missing something. The spend and save logo doesn't appear on cashreward opened aliexpress site on the phone.

    • No & No

  • Nooo.. I just ordered $100 worth of things from them :(

  • +1

What happens if i have an item worth around $600 i want to buy? the standard 5% gives me over $15 cash back.

    • +2

Buy it now before the 20% starts.

  • So we can't use this with store codes or any other aliexpress codes, correct? Store codes are automatically applied and the other summer sale codes (any of them, select our not) don't work for me

    • Yes it works.

      • Can you please elaborate a bit on the $15 cap? And can we make multiple purchases using coupons, this 20% CB? I'm interested in purchasing about $500-$600 worth of stuff

        • $15 cap for the entire period of the promotion. If you're spending $500-$600 then it's best that you don't purchase during the period as you'll get less cashback.

  • Can we use this over multiple purchases? Or single purchase only?

    • +1

Multiple purchases. $15 cap across all.

  • Do eligible items still track if bought together with ineligible items?

I want to make use of the current promos/codes and also want to grab some masks.

  • Hey all, anyone found a mi band 7 with affiliate link?

  • Bought on PC and followed steps, is an affiliate product and cart was empty before clicking through.

Wondering how long until tracking in My Rewards shows up…

    • +1

It took about 10 minutes for me to track. Hope it tracks for you

      • +1

Just showed up for me :) Cheers mate , full $15ers

  • I went with these motion detector lights

  • +2

    Went with this:

    https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001321519968.html

It's a 3 in 1 stud finder, laser measure and laser level with grid, colour screen and voice output. Here it is on amazon (I already bought one before):

    https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B095T3585L ($139.33)

    AliExpress is $105 less $15 cashback = $90.

    Here's a video review on amazon.com

Trouble logging in cashrewards. Anyone else having that issue?

  • Would it track for the purchase made via app? The app got opened by itself when clicked via cashrewards

  • +1

    Anyone had their orders track?

    • Yeah took 15 minutes for me. Done thru PC

      • Crap. Did mine on pc too. Hasn't come through yet…

    • Nope. Had a couple of small orders from day before track, but my two large orders both not tracked

  • Thanks! Now that I've bought $85 worth of butt enlargening cream (kidding… maybe) and my $15 max discount is locked in, can I continue to get 5% already or should I put my buying on hold until the 5% comes back?

    • Put your buying on hold until 5% returns. Enjoy the new butt.

  • +1

lol i dont have a buy button … lol
im on the checkout and i cant move forward hahha

i legit, cannot place an order on my pc…

    • Same, tried with two different browsers and no buy button. Oh well, money saved ;)

      • hahah purchased via my phone instead

  • Gave up trying on PC, no where to be found we can;t access via the cash reward app,
