  • Wondering if anyone has found any good quality fabric straps like the seiko ones - look pretty good.

    https://www.seikowatches.com/au-en/products/prospex/special/….

Zuludivers straps are usually pretty good otherwise , got a couple coming for other watches. Rubber waffle straps suit pretty well.

    • Yeah I'm keen on getting a non metal daily band, not sure what'd go well

      • Guess I'd recommend a rubber strap, or nato.
The watch is on the heavier side so a nato wouldn't keep it balanced but usually done up tight. I'd give the bracelet a go. Pretty comfortable and sits really well.

    Mine arrived today.

Chose the black dial, very impressed with the level of quality for the price.

Band doesn't overly bother me and is more than adequate IMHO, but will try it out on some spare NATO and leather bands to see how they impact the look.

Great lume and sits very well on my medium-sized wrist. Relatively quiet movement compared to some of my other autos.

Impressed that they even included a small pin push device in the box, to make it easy to remove/add links to the band.

Will see how it fares for accuracy and power reserve over the next few days.

Thanks OP, have too many watches already, but at this bang for buck was a no-brainer to plunge for this and very happy with it.

Agree, cracking watch for $100-150 depending on sales, vouchers and cashbacks..

Better than most Seikos that cost $500-600 width old movements, hardlex and rubbish bracelets/clasps!

Just a followup on accuracy & power reserve for mine.

After a couple of days wear (taken off at bedtime) ~ +5 sec./day and stopped completely ~45.5h after I last took off wrist (so probably a good 43-44h of power reserve).

      • That's pretty good mate for a 'fake Seiko' with a Seiko movement, lol

Still waiting on the upgraded clasps, should lift the quality again (but unsigned). Any day now but Australia Post holding it up as usual.
