from those performance matrix, i think the RRP for this monitor would be 400$ish, make it 500$ since it is samsung brand.
so being 300$, is definitely a great deal.
but be aware what you getting into if you are aiming for better specs. since for some ppl, they'd rather buy once, buy right, than impluse buying on something that doesnt 100% meets their needs.

I just bought the 32" from Samsung website for $349( $399-$50 welcome credits). They were still listing the 32" for $499 yesterday as I chatted with them and they don't do price match to $399…. But then they changed the their price to $399 as well
How long it takes for you to receive the $50 voucher?
I've received ~10 over the years, it really is luck of th draw as to whether you receive it within 1hour, 1 week or never end up getting one at all.
I got it same day. If you don't get it in a few hours, chat with them and ask them see whether they can provide you one
