QUESTION: My wife has this phone for 1 year now, do u think it is a good investment to purchase that battery now OR wait still the current one die then get a new 1. Thanks.
If she is happy with the battery life (easily lasts a day), there is no reason to upgrade.
If she uses a phone so much that it dies before the work day, she probably needs this.
If you can grab one of these for $25, GET IT QUICK; these are just incredible.

I went to Penrith @ around noon and they said they had none, picked up the last two from Blacktown on the way home. JB Penrith said they wouldn't match price, best price $33.
Went to Telstra shop in Westfield Parramatta at about 4pm they were sold out, went to JB HIFI and they price matched it after showing the ozbargain add

None left in either of the Knox City (VIC) stores. Didn't know JB stocked them. Might go take a look and see if they will price match.
There were 2 left at Telstra Eastgardens when I went this afternoon at 4pm. Scanned up at $25 even though still advertised at $39. A little bit big for my existing case but the case just fits.
This thread proves there's still demand for SGS2 accessories and SGS3 is not worth upgrading to. lol
I'll still be buying a SGS3, but for $25 this is too valuable to pass up.

bought one from the store in Garden City shopping centre (Brisbane) - they had one more left on the wall/shelf. listed price was $39.95, then there was a handwritten sticker saying "sale $39". originally walked away then read the other comments about other stores scanning them at $25 so went back and sure enough another ozbargain win :)

Would be funny if it was a gun. But then again we won't be laughing if it really was a gun. Not a real bargain to have to pay $25 even after showing them a gun.
Nothing, asked the sales guy whether he would match the Telstra price of $25 and he said ok. No haggling require.
After 20mins in line at Alice Springs store was told they don't sell this or anything like this. "Try JayCar!" I passed on that other Telstra stores have been selling them and asked if they had just sold out. Store clerk says we don't sell batteries, never have. Try JayCar. ……….. To this thank the guy and leave. After re reading this post I call the store directly. Person answering the phone puts me on hold to check stock level and comes back saying they have a couple. I now have one on hold. Thank you to OP and no thanks to Telstra Alice Springs. Anytime I come in your service gets worse. Just Shut your doors as you're damaging the brand.
I went to the Robina Shopping Town (Gold Coast) today , and asked for this battery. None in stock, but the salesgirl put my name down on a list and will call me when they get some more in. She also noted on the list that the $25 was rain-checked.
I just got the last one from Melbourne Airport store, Telsta call centre told me no more stock in Melbourne metro area but Geelong store had 3 left if anyne is near there. Thanks OP, great deal!
Just got the S2 from Harvey Norman for $394 so a successful day of bargains! Gotta love Ozbargain!I was able to purchase the last battery at Strathpine QLD. But I was told they are expecting new stock shortly.
For those in NSW just went to the Rockdale TSN picked up the 2nd last one, so there's one more there. The store person didn't even know they were on sale as they were marked for $39.00 luckily it scanned for $25. Thanks OP! :D

great price. I bought one a while ago. I can now at least get a full day out of my phone. I ended up buying a genuine white one off ebay as I searched high and low to find one in a shop. You'll pay around the $35 mark on ebay.
