I'd give them 0/10! They offered me a $10 credit. I said no. They increased it to $20. I had to complain and remind them of my consumer rights to get a refund!

You most likely have the W800BT. Looks very similar, but has Micro USB.
You are correct. I read the heading as W800, which I do indeed have. Blame it on my failing eyesight and old age, lol.
