  If you don't have the correct tool to attach the Dremel 408 sanding band to, and you feel like going all in,
  then this seems like a pretty good deal Dremel 709 Multipurpose Accessory Set $49.99
  BTW I'm not familiar with Dremel but on Amazon they've got excellent reviews,
  both links I gave have 4.8 and 4.7 stars and these 408 sanding bands are 4.5 stars.
