          Oh actually good point, it's a little ambiguous since I baked it and sent the video the evening this Ozbargain post went up, late Thursday night like past 11; but I didn't get a notification reply from BWS until Friday sometime so I'm not sure what day my entry would have been counted on their end.

          When I started reading that a few people here were getting rejected I assumed mine would also, but I guess got lucky.

              I originally just tried to upload a longer one of the process but then I saw some other comment here saying they couldn't be longer than that so I trimmed a whole lot out.

    Not impressed with this promo and now expecting my video to be denied given the excessive wait and the fact it was only a few seconds long. Really poorly run and worded promotion, too ambiguous.

            @itsfree: Yep it's absolute garbage. That is buried deep within the T&C's when it needed to be stated up front. I only found it because I am very perceptive about these things and decided to CTRL+F "length".. too bad it was after I uploaded. Get in the bin BWS.

    I think it’s time for a group complaint.
    I did the dance and partner was baking cake till 3am but our vids were 8 seconds so all declined. Very misleading and they have done this on purpose not to pay out.

    Rejected despite meeting all stipulated requirements in the submission form etc.

    "Easiest money you'll ever make"?! What a waste of time.

    Marketing executive: "I have no marketing money but we need to have a new campaign ready by 30 June. What can we do?!"

    Employee: "I have a great idea, let's crowdsource. You can even do it free. We can tell everyone we'll pay them money so they give us cool promotional content that we could use without paying a marketing company (how does "easiest money you'll ever make" sound?!). And we won't even have to pay, because after they submit their content we can make up new criteria so we can reject submissions without explanation and by the time we tell them, they won't be allowed to submit again as we only give them one chance."

    Marketing executive: "Brilliant! I love it"

    Employee: "Just one problem, these are our loyal customers, and we'll lose more from lost business by disenfranchising them than we would gain from promotion goodwill"

    Marketing executive: "That's for a different division to worry about, we only do marketing, and this is pure marketing genius - we get ads made for next to nothing. Let's go!"

            @dcep: I think it is mandatory. You can view the card detail in the App so that you can use it online, without adding to the digital wallet.

          Don’t think it will get us anywhere. Very poorly worded promo but deep in T&C’s it does mention minimum 10 second video. As if the average punter is going to find that though, and it really should have been made clear at time of entry. A 10 second video of the finished product is rather excessive..
