Actually, I'm very happy that the only people who will feel let down by this restriction are exactly the kind of people who would feel let down by this restriction… for the rest of us non-cryptobros, pretty sure we're all very happy about it!
sorry broden, can't scalp this deal
It's not for reselling.
Then what's it for?
@DevlicK: Heating.
@rektrading: Then go buy a heater
@DevlicK: Overpriced junk.
I prefer engineered heaters that can run for years.
@rektrading: That's why I said, go buy a heater 🙄
@DevlicK: I don't want to waste 💵 on heating when I can use GPUs for heating and get paid.
hahaha get lost
What's the general consensus on this… no brainer buy… or … wait for something better?
8GB ram sufficient?
If you can wait a month of two, I would definitely wait for the announcement of the RTX 4000 series. They will be quite expensive but given the performance leaks there should be a decent number of cheap 30 series cards making their way onto the used market.
If you need to buy now…
I would look for a cheaper RX 6700 XT. I think you can get them for less than $700. Recent driver updates from AMD and the introduction of FSR 2.0 have closed the gap between the two cards in a lot of titles in non-ray tracing gaming.
It's also got 12GB of memory so it should age a little better.
If you want to take a gamble a used RTX 2080 Ti is also a decent option.
Sound advice
8gb is definitely not future proof
Thanks for the great advice. I currently have a 3070 in a gaming laptop so I will just game with that for the time being. Looking to fill the gpu void in a tower computer I have.
Ill wait
Kinda regret selling a 1080ti STRIX 11gb model in the height of covid…haha, but even they’ve dropped half in price so good signs for getting a new card with warranty
nothing special https://www.ccpu.com.au/show_prod.php?class_id=video-nvidia&… that sell that price everyday
Firstly, $799 < $810
Secondly, you've put a slower card 1770MHz vs 1810Mhz
Better luck edgelording next time.
lol that is the same card… and you can buy 10.. rather than limit 1 and i am sure both will give 60mhs
Good luck making money with power prices heading north at the rate they are and crypto heading south.
And it's not the same card chief, different model number and everything. But I guess like the typical cryptobro, facts don't matter to you, just your little bubble where you believe you're changing the world, hahaha.
The joystick on the rog mouse looks interesting.
1 per customer. God bless this ethical retailer.
For the people and not for the scum
Gm fren,
Back already from the ban?
Who are you? I reported that mod to the other mods. He was a miner. I'm going to have to double down at this rate.
