Never experienced anything too salty, so I cant tell ya.
I enjoy a spoon of salt, or cm+ thick vegemite sandwich as a treat.

Costco also stocks this in the 1kg. Though I cant recall how much it was sorry.
Bought it and gravy is indeed good stuff, but if you're buying this expecting it to last you a year or two (as I was), think again - the tub I got expires in November. Guess it's gravy on cereal, sandwiches and steak for the next five months.
