I've used their carpark at Parkade (Little Collins St) after registering. Really convenient that it uses the rego and payment card on file. No need to drop down the window and muck about with payment, all the while keeping your foot on the brake (cough Wilson cough) and being stared angrily by others waiting behind you.

It doesn't always successfully read ur number plate. Sometimes U need to drive forward and reverse etc. Lady in front of me had the same issue the other day so it wasn't just me

Also, there was one time i forgot to bring QR code for scanning purpose (my bad - my mistake), they actually help me over the exit to put it into the account for me at the gate. Great service. Recommended !

We are taking over the facility from our competitor tomorrow and we will be onsite assisting customers. I have registered for Express. My first parking on the weekend was charged at $4 automatically. But my subsequent two times (also flat rate weekend), I was charged $5.60. That's an increase of 40%. Not sure why.
Do we need to register rego like the Collins st one? Awesome offer for whoever is going into the office this week. Great regular rates too for CBD parking
Great question - If you are already registered for Express you don't need to register again.
Express works at all of our car parks, it's not car park specific, so we you will be able to enjoy the 20% discount at all 3 of our Vic locations. (we hope to be adding more soon)

Any "earlybird" type hour restrictions on that daily flat rate?
No restrictions at all.
Come in Between 4am and 4am the next day and the Day Flat Rate applies for any length of time, 15 mins to 24 hours but it is charged per exit.

Just used their Parkdale facility on Sunday:
- Easy to find them
- Entry was seamless and I was treated with my name (which is nice)
- Ground and First floors had no empty spot but once I got to 2nd floor there were a few spots available.
-Parkings were a bit tight still manageable though, but much better than say QV Parking (I hate that car park lol)
- Coming out was a bit weird as exit is on the other side of the building so had to go up a floor then come down all the way.
- Overall very happy with the experience and price considered.
They are pretty much cheapest parking out there so I can only imagine them getting busier and busier and finding a spot would get harder.

Registered for express OP. I'm sure the free parking would be full but I'd still be keen to use the car parks over the weekend for a flat rate of $5.
Just for confirmation (only because I dont use parking a lot), flat rate means that I will charged the amount specified correct? Meaning it will not be per hour?

You can tell it's an old car park by the low 1.9m clearance. This was before the 1980s when big 4WDs started to become popular.

I used it in November last year but the gate didn't automatically open even though I registered and pre-booked.
I could use this but not sure it's worth the risk without being able to pre book.

I used this when it was with a different vendor. Hope it doesn’t close at 6pm like it used to lol.

Just used the parking today with no issues. About 4 or 5 spots were available on level 1 when I arrived at 5:30pm. The street to enter the carpark is very tight so be extra careful when exiting or entering from the main road. Will use again. Thanks for making it free

btw OP - the arrow of the free parking sign was a bit confusing, at least to us, as it was pointing towards another Wilson parking nearby! We saw a couple of cars doing U turn to drive into Wilson Parking.

Each 4am a new flat rate is added and is charged per exit.
So currently the worst it will be is $15+$15 +$15 until you exit.
