Amazon appear to be price matching Harvey Norman, they charge $5.95 for delivery.
Harvey Norman also have the XSX/XB1 version for $29, while Amazon is still charging $34, maybe it will drop soon.

This game has had quite a few improvements since launch, it's worth checking out at this price.

      Only a couple right now, but there are rumours they are bringing Ubisoft+ to Xbox Game Pass.
